Easy To Learn Spanish Program To Help You Learn Spanish Today

Are you like me that instant gratification takes too long? I've been wanting to learn how to speak Spanish for some time - wished I would've taken that instead of French years ago - didn't realize that I would need Spanish speaking skills here in America.
My French language skills did come in handy when I traveled to France and Switzerland - twice.
As of recent years, I've developed a passion to really find an easy to learn Spanish program - I mean I want to learn Spanish today!
I work with a lot of Latinos - whom I really respect, and I would love to be able to carry on a real conversation with them. I'm tired of my "Spanglish" mentality. I would also like to be able to help my work friends get better at their English, as well. Even those who speak better English than me, I'd love to be able to converse in their language.
The Spanish language is very sexy, too.
But learning 'text book' Spanish as taught in school is fine for the basics, I need to learn a Spanish program that will cover the different dialects and conversational Spanish that I come across on a daily basis. I don't want to be laughed at or say something that ends up as an insult.
I've checked out a few learn Spanish programs in the past - including taking precious time to go to the local Community College, but was left unmotivated and "un-learned" and frustrated at the ineffective teaching methods. Again - I want to learn Spanish today!
I did happen across a learn Spanish program that I'm actually able to put into practice immediately.
While I do get impatient and want to know everything all at once, I find the repetition of the lessons and pronunciations highly effective. If I look at the lessons at a glance, I'm thinking - 'you're just giving me a few sentences?' But, there's more depth to it and I am learning it correctly and thoroughly to be able to put into practice right away and at my own convenience.
I'm also not afraid to speak it out loud because the program does a fantastic job of teaching how to pronounce the words - I'm not afraid of the "R's" anymore.
